Used Boat Buyers Workshop by John Kretschmer
Five Star Rating!
Two day workshop was intensive, amazingly informative and fun. Attended one of John's seminars at a Strictly Sail Show and decided to attend his Used Boat Buyers Workshop. The workshop is half classroom instruction, including discussion about boat design, construction, researching boats, survey, brokers, insurance, sea trials, all the elements to consider in finding the right sailboat. Second half of the workshop is actually on used sailboats putting into practice, what is learned in the classroom.
John is the real deal, a great speaker, author and instructor, sharing his knowledge from a life of sailing and of 20 Atlantic crossings!
As an added bonus the students in the class were very interesting, asked great questions, and helped make it a wonderful weekend.
The workshop is an incredible bargain, I don't where else a boat buyer could get this honest instruction and information...at any price.
