Wonderful experience! The service and prices are exceptional. Being a new boater, any questions I have had have been answered with ease and I appreciate the time they take to make sure you are completely satisfied as a customer. Highly recommend this establishment!!!

Very knowledgeable staff, Russ and Jody have always had what I need to get the job done. You can tell them your problem and they will suggust products for your task. You will not get the customer service at other marine stores like you get from Harbortown Marine. Simply the best around.

If Russ & Jody don't have it or can't get it, you don't want it or need it. They are excellent in every aspect from service and knowledge, to inventory, and price. I have been a customer for many years and won't go anywhere else. Can't figure out how West Marine stays in business right next door...WM is a joke. Too bad this rating can only go to 5. HTMarine deserves a 10.

I have been a customer of Harbortown Marine for 12 yrs. As a 1st time boater, Russ gave me tips on how to keep my boat in perfect working order. Now 12 yrs later, I am boating in Sandusky, and I still drive back to Vermilion for the best boat supplies at great prices, a friendly atmosphere and helpful advice.

We were at West Marine first, and noticed the nautical atmosphere around the corner in the same shopping center and had to stop in. Harbortown has far much more inventory, plus prices are better, and their customer service is great. Their knowledge helped keep my classic Lyman in top shape. I highly recommend shopping there for your boat stuff, and if you need help on mechanical and maintenance,their service dept will answer your questions while you're there getting your parts. Out of 5 stars, I give them 6!
